REAL MEALS

Real Meals is a New Zealand-owned freeze-dried meal company. Founded by Nathan Fa’avae in 2012, Real Meals strives to provide nutritious and natural adventure food that doesn’t compromise on quality and taste. Sarah has worked with Real Meals since 2023 to provide high-quality content that captures Real Meals being enjoyed on adventures across New Zealand, organising, directing, and/or capturing numerous product shoots.

From 2024 - 2025, Sarah managed their social media. She more than doubled their Instagram following as well as greatly increasing engagement and feed aesthetic through carefully crafted images and on-trend reels. In 2025 Sarah also launched a Real Meals TikTok.
